After breakfast at your hotel in Cusco, our Machupicchu Latin America representative will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 6:20am am and drop off you to the bus station for our next destination in Puno. Experience a different way to travel by bus with including a tour guide, drinks and snacks on board. En route visit Andahuaylillas “The Sistine Chapel”, Raqchi - the Wiracocha Temple, Sicuani (stop for lunch), La Raya (the border between Cusco and Puno) and our last stop “Pucara” an interesting lytic museum before we arrive in Puno around 17:00 pm. On your arrival to Puno bus station our Machupicchu Latin America representative will we waiting for you and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight: Puno
After breakfast at your hotel, our Machupicchu Latin America representative will pick you up from your hotel lobby between 7:00 to 7:15 am and drop off you to the Titicaca Lake harbor to board the motorboat and set off to explore the highest navigable lake in the world. We will sail for about 30 minutes to our first stop, the fascinating Uros floating island made of reeds and learn about the local lifestyle and interact with the locals who are still living on this floating Islands. Then we will continue sailing towards Taquile Island and visit the famous weavers to appreciate the beautiful handmade works so you can purchase these great souvenirs. After an incredible time, we will enjoy a delicious and traditional lunch with the host family. Later, we will return back to the Puno city ending this amazing tour around 16:00pm. Finally, our representative will pick you up from the harbor and drive you back to your hotel and the balance of the day will be all yours at leisure.
Overnight: Puno
After breakfast at your hotel, we will pick up from the hotel lobby drop off you to Juliaca (JUL) airport located only one hour drive away from Puno city and take your flight to Lima. (Highly recommended)
Optional: Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the bus station to board the bus at 8:30 am and drive for about 6.5 hours back Cusco arriving around 15:30 pm. (Not recommended but you can take this option if you are thinking to extra time in Cusco).
