The distance between Cusco and Puno (Lake Titicaca) is about 387 km (240 miles), which typically requires a full day of travel.

According to Inca mythology, Lake Titicaca is the birthplace of the Inca civilization. This connection makes Lake Titicaca a sacred and culturally significant location for the Incas.
